At Kavya Granth ("काव्य ग्रंथ"), we aim to provide a seamless publishing experience for all poets. This policy outlines the terms governing order cancellations and payment refunds.

1. Cancellation Window

Poets may request cancellation of their submission within 24 hours of making the online payment, provided their poem has not yet entered the final editorial typesetting phase.

2. Refund Eligibility & Rejection

If a submitted poem is rejected by the editorial panel due to non-compliance or policy reasons, a 100% refund of the ₹5,500 fee will be processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

Once a submission is approved, assigned a volume/page number, or sent to press for typesetting and printing, the publishing fee becomes strictly non-refundable.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are credited back via Razorpay directly to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
