1. Original Work & Authorship

All poetry submitted must be the original literary creation of the registered poet. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or submission of offensive content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

2. Submission Guidelines

Each poem must adhere to the 16-line limit specified in the campaign guidelines. A poet may submit up to 5 representative poems under their registered profile.

3. Publishing Fee & Inclusions

A flat inclusion and publication fee of ₹5,500 (Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred Only) is payable upon submission. This fee covers editorial review, inclusion in the Guinness World Record anthology, 1 hardcover book print copy, e-commerce listing, and a printed gold-embossed certificate.

4. Rights & Copyrights

Authors retain full ownership and copyright of their poems. By submitting to Kavya Granth, authors grant us a non-exclusive license to publish, print, promote, and distribute their work across physical and digital formats worldwide.
